Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or destination.

Domestic Shipping

Chosen Apparel LLC currently ships within the United States.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Chosen Apparel LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) at:
